1. Acceptance

By using StayBot, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What StayBot does

StayBot provides an AI-powered chatbot platform for short-term rental hosts. Hosts create property guides; guests ask questions via a shared chat link. The AI answers using the host's property information.

3. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Your content

You own the property guides and content you create. By using StayBot, you grant us a limited license to store and use that content solely to operate the service — including generating AI responses for your guests.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and doesn't violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. AI responses

StayBot uses AI to generate responses based on your property guide. AI responses may not always be accurate. You are responsible for the content in your property guide and for reviewing AI responses for accuracy. StayBot is not liable for incorrect or incomplete AI-generated answers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StayBot to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Harass, deceive, or harm others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
  • Use the service for any purpose other than managing short-term rental properties

7. Beta service

StayBot is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during this period. We may change features, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

StayBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of StayBot after changes means you accept the updated terms.
